Where can I request designs?
Day-to-day communication usually happens in Slack, with WhatsApp or Telegram available if that suits your team better.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests show their first results within two business days. More complex work can take longer, but you will receive regular progress updates rather than being left wondering.
How much does DesignHopper cost?
Retainer is $3,999 per month and covers product design, graphic design and web design, with updates twice per week. Retainer+ is $5,999 per month, adds motion design and brings updates every other day. Both are month-to-month and can be paused, and one-off projects get a fixed quote.
How does the pause feature work?
If you do not have enough design work to fill a month, you can pause your subscription and resume when you need the studio again.
What if I only have a single request?
You can subscribe for one month and pause afterwards, or request a fixed quote for a one-off project. We will help you choose the option that makes the most sense for the scope.
Can I make as many requests as I want?
Yes. Retainer partners can add as many requests to the queue as they like. We focus on one active task at a time so every piece of work gets proper attention.
Couldn't I just hire a designer full-time?
You could. A senior full-time designer, however, comes with a significant annual cost and remains on payroll during slower periods. DesignHopper gives you senior-level support with the flexibility to pause when priorities change.
How can you deliver results so quickly?
The process is intentionally lean and AI-native. We remove unnecessary meetings and administration, keep communication direct, and spend that time doing the design work.
Why not use Fiverr or Upwork?
Marketplaces can be unpredictable. With DesignHopper, you get a consistent design partner, a clear process, reliable communication and work that stays coherent across your product and website.
What if I don't like the design?
Tell us what is not working and why. We will refine the direction with you until the result feels right and solves the problem it was made for.
Can I get a refund if I do not like the service?
Completed work is non-refundable, but unused time can be refunded proportionally. For example, cancelling after the first week means the remaining 75% can be refunded.
